Do credits expire?
No. Purchased credits are yours permanently. Use them today or next year.
What happens if I run out mid-export?
Vidcap checks your balance before it starts, both when transcribing and when
exporting. If you are short, you are told before any work begins and nothing is
charged. An export is never interrupted halfway.
Do you support Arabic?
Arabic is a first-class language in Vidcap. Captions render right-to-left using a
bundled Arabic font, so they never come out as empty boxes the way they do in most
caption tools. Vidcap supports 14 languages in total.
Can I get an invoice?
Yes. Paddle, our payment provider, emails an invoice automatically after every
purchase.
How do refunds work?
Billing is handled by Paddle and refunds follow their standard process. Email
